<title>Successful launch for Media Markt in China: crowds gather for the opening of the first flagship store in Shanghai</title>
<description>The big day has finally arrived. Today, Media-Saturn - Europe's leading electrical goods retail group - and its Chinese partner Foxconn officially opened the first Media Markt store in China. At 7 p.m. on the dot local time, thousands of customers surged into the new electrical goods retail store on Huai Hai Road, one of Shanghai's most famous shopping streets. With more than 9,500 m&amp;#178; of selling space, the flagship store is the second-largest Media Markt outlet in the world. Split over five stories, it stocks some 45,000 up-to-date products. Media Markt China plans to operate more than ten stores in Shanghai by 2012.</description>

<title>Management Board of Media-Saturn Group with new operational structure</title>
<description>- Horst Norberg appointed new CEO of Media-Saturn Holding&lt;br&gt;- Dr. Rolf Hagemann to become Vice Chairman of the Management Board&lt;br&gt;- Management change effective 1 January 2011&lt;br&gt;- New structure of the Management Board to strengthen management of the brands Media Markt and Saturn&lt;br&gt;- Three new members appointed to the Management Board&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In view of the strong expansion and international commitment with a focus on Eastern Europe and Asia, the shareholders of the Media-Saturn Group decided to significantly strengthen and restructure the company's Management Board operationally. Effective from January 1, 2011, Horst Norberg and Dr. Rolf Hagemann will jointly manage the European market leader in electrical goods retail: Horst Norberg as Chairman of the Management Board of Media-Saturn will focus on sales issues while Dr. Rolf Hagemann as Vice Chairman will continue to hold responsibility for finance. The contract of Roland Weise, CEO of Media-Saturn-Holding, will not be extended. Roland Weise will resign from office at the end of the year.</description>

<title>Saturn tests the use of automated retail shops: &lt;br&gt;First Saturn Xpress located at Düsseldorf airport</title>
<description>Saturn is known for offering its customers a wide selection of state-of-the-art technology on larger than average sales spaces. The company is now testing a new and completely different sales channel with its Saturn Xpress automated retail shops. As the name suggests, the automated stores offer a fast and easy way of shopping "in passing" or "in transit". Customers can find Saturn's first automated shops at D&amp;#252;sseldorf airport, where it has been in operation since Friday, 14 January 2011. It is planned that a total of 11 automated shops be installed at busy locations, such as airports, train stations and shopping centers, within the framework of the pilot project.</description>
